Do you need to undergo gonorrhoea treatment?
Gonorroe is een veel voorkomende geslachtsziekte. De aantal Gonorroe gevallen zijn de laatste jaren fors toegenomen. Gonorroe heeft het typische kenmerk, dat de bacterie zich nestelt in de slijmvliezen. Dit kan gaan om de slijmvliezen op diverse plekken in het lichaam, zoals in de vagina, de plasbuis, de eikel, de anus en de keel. Juist doordat je onveilige seks hebt, komen slijmvliezen met elkaar in contact en kun je iemand anders besmetten. Een ander kenmerk van gonorroe, is dat deze SOA zeer besmettelijk is. Ook al vrij je wel veilig, als één van jullie al besmet is, dan kan het overgedragen worden via de handen/vingers en seksspeeltjes. Het is belangrijk dat wanneer je gonorroe symptomen hebt dat je, je laat testen. Als jij na een gonorroe test besmet blijkt, dan is een gonorroe behandeling noodzakelijk.

How does treatment for gonorrhoea work?
