This has to do with the fact that a large proportion of carriers of chlamydia do not develop symptoms. So you can have chlamydia and not know it and thus pass on the STD to others. Of course, you don't want this on your conscience. If you know you've ever had unsafe sex, then a chlamydia test won't hurt. If it turns out that you are infected, then you can treat chlamydia and be rid of it quickly.

How is treating for chlamydia?
Chlamydia can occur in various places in the body. Consider the throat, anus and vagina. The place where chlamydia is present determines the type of chlamydia treatment you will receive. Here, chlamydia is always treated with antibiotics. If chlamydia is found in the rectum and vagina, you will be given a 7-day course of antibiotics. Chlamydia in the throat and in men urogenital are treated with a one-time intake of azithromycin tablets. So treating against chlamydia is quite easy and can even be done anonymously at OneDayClinic, just like testing. You will be given the tablets right away. Normally, you are rid of chlamydia after treatment. Do you want to be sure and do you keep having complaints?
