As the name suggests, HIV home tests are tests that you can perform in the comfort of your own home. Many people prefer this option because it is less stressful and offers greater privacy. If you order an HIV home test online, it will be sent to your home in a plain envelope. The test requires a drop of blood, which can be obtained by pricking your finger. The HIV test comes with all the necessary equipment and instructions. The blood is placed in the test and the result is displayed after 15 minutes. Perform the test 12 weeks after unprotected contact. This will ensure that you get a reliable result.

Is the result of the home test that you are HIV positive?
